Our Story
Founded by Joel Mellenthin and Paul Menschik, longtime friends with a shared vision: to create events that feel personal, unexpected, and real.
Not every idea is born in a pitch deck. Some grow out of a feeling – quiet, real, and impossible to ignore.
That’s how 11:11 Moments began.
Joel had been working in events and hospitality for a few years – organizing, creating, learning the ropes.
But the more projects he saw, the more he realized: too many events check all the boxes, but still feel empty.
He wanted more freedom. More meaning. Less routine.
That’s when he teamed up with Paul – a longtime friend with a sharp sense for business and a natural instinct for clarity.
Joel shapes the ideas and overall experience, while Paul ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
